For those who are new here - welcome to The Everyday Endorphins Substack! Each month I’ll share themes explored on the podcast, my thoughts on cultivating joy in life, and a brief recap of Endorphin community events in NYC.
And for those who have been #loyal subscribers - welcome back :)
January was a solid month. I (almost) made it through DRY (which, btw, was a fun challenge… cutting back on alcohol has improved my sleep, digestion, energy levels, etc. - good reminder to enjoy things in moderation.)
I had the honor of partnering with some of my favorite entrepreneurs (more info below) for a fantastic event, and got to explore the teachings of Greek philosophers and the principles of human design on the podcast.
Let’s get into it:

Earshot Unplugged: Endorphin Events
Earlier this month, Everyday Endorphins teamed up with non-alcohol community Absence of Proof, dating community Drinks First, and Earshot, a project-based arts studio in SoHo, to host an intimate panel discussion on reaching your potential, cultivating community, and the power of taking action towards your goals.
Thank you to our panelists Elizabeth Gascoigne, Ariana Nathani, and Aayush Sanghrajka, for an inspiring conversation on authenticity, believing in oneself, and finding joy in the process.
And thank you to our sponsors Spoonful, Williamsburg Pizza, HappyBoards, Peroni USA, Allay, Natural Vitality, United Sodas.

What I’ve been contemplating recently
When I first met Aayush Sanghrajka and learned about the inspiration for Earshot, I was immediately drawn to the meaning of the phrase “to be within earshot” and how it relates to the concept of their space.
To be within earshot is to be within range - of your potential, of your goals, of your creativity.
Often times, we are our own largest roadblocks in life, operating from a place of fear; letting our behaviors be guided by a fear of failure, a fear of judgement, a fear from not even knowing where to begin when wanting to make a change.
But to be within earshot of your potential is to simply take action - to gather the inner strength to take that leap of faith and go for your goals. To be a self-starter, to fuel your drive, to act from a place of confidence and authenticity all while cultivating a sense of inner compassion.
I’m continuously inspired by those who are fearless in going for what they want and celebrating their successes, large and small. I believe it is the act of savoring the small wins that creates a more joyous, happy life.
As we move into February, I encourage you to ask yourself this question:
How can you set yourself up to be within range of all that which you desire?
Until next time…
Stella
